JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
It Support up to 6k Aed for a Security and Surveillance Company in Dubai
• Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Identifying, troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting issues
• Manage backups of all servers and databases
• Support and maintain desktop application
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: IT Support
• SALARY: 6,000 AED all-inclusive depending on qualifications plus annual ticket
• HIRING COMPANY: Security and Surveillance Company
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to INDIAN and PAKISTANI nationals
• Male, 25-30 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field
• Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office 365
• Knowledgeable of and experience in System Admin, Networking, Firewalls, Domain, etc.
• Hardware & Network troubleshooting knowledge
• Microsoft Windows troubleshooting knowledge
• Effective problem solving and communication skills
• Extensive experience working with different locations
• Excellent communication skills
