JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Serving customers by installing and servicing systems and products.
- Establishing service by studying system requirements, gathering components, and completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
- Examining customers’ complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
- Maintaining customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
- Directing our technical support team in case you notice any technical problems in our IVMS (An electronic device fitted in vehicle) hardware.
- Reporting to Operations Manager on your weekly activities and achievements.
- Carrying out tasks within your capacity as Technical Support to help our clients to obtain more benefits using our fleet software.
Requirements:
- Open to all nationalities- Experience in UAE
- Good English and communications skills
- Hands-On Expertise:
* Installation
* Maintenance & Repair
* Troubleshooting
* Field Operations
* Hardware/Software Support
* Equipment Calibration
* System Testing
Salary:
AED
2,500 to 4,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
