JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Japanese Head Chef up to 18K AED for a Fine Dining Restaurant in Dubai
- Strictly for JAPANESE nationals
- Male/Female, below 40 years old
- With at least 5 years of solid experience in FnB/restaurant/stand-alone set-up
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a management/supervisory role
- Extensive experience in JAPANESE CUISINE
- Complete handling of the high-end Japanese cuisine restaurant, from training, coordinating, monitoring and leading kitchen staff to inventory and stock control, menu creation and adaptation, with full kitchen management experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Culinary and with certification in Health and Safety and, Food Hygiene
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Can join immediately (Visit and Cancelled Visa are welcome to apply) or with maximum of 1-month notice
