Japanese Speaking Executive Assistant - Dubai
Based in the heart of Dubai, this ambassadorial role reports directly to the CEO and the primary responsibility is to act as an intermediary between the CEO’s office and his Japanese client base. We are looking for a professional Business Support Executive who has worked at C-Suite level and who has a wealth of experience working for corporate. You will be providing comprehensive PA support, including extensive diary management and meeting organisation with the CEO’s Japanese clients including VIP’s and dignitaries. There will be complex travel arrangements, arranging visas, arranging itineraries and assisting with visiting guests and their schedules.
There will be a call for translation between the office and their Japanese speaking guests and this will often be conducted in real time.
REQUIREMENTS
First class interpersonal and organisational skills are essential, along with good initiative and ability to prioritise workloads effectively. Flexibility is key. Salary is commensurate with experience. Exposure or an interest in interior design and landscape architecture would also be considered a distinct advantage but it is not mandatory.
