Job Coordinator Up To 10k Aed for an Engineering Consultancy Based in Al Ruwais, Abu Dhabi
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinate the development of the turnaround work scope received from all departments such as operations, inspection, projects, and maintenance
- Assist in the development of the material list, specifying quantity, size, and material codes for all material required for the approved scope
- Work with the supervisor in the development of mobile lifting equipment and other specialized tooling required for the approved work scope
- Coordinate with the Material Coordinator in the timely purchase and delivery of materials as per the turnaround schedule
REQUIREMENTS
- POSITION: Senior Job Coordinator and Junior Job Coordinator
- SALARY: 7,000 to 10,000 AED All Inclusive
- HIRING COMPANY: Engineering Consultancy
- LOCATION: Al Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Temporary (10 months)
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to ANY nationals
- Male, 45 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related certification
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Oil & Gas sector Maintenance & Turnaround
- At least 3-5 years of experience in planning and scheduling
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Exposure in Maximo is a must
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
