JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Junior Account Executive to join our team in the MEP industry in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the account management team, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with various financial and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience and develop a career in the MEP industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the account management team in maintaining and nurturing client relationships
- Prepare financial reports, invoices, and budgets under the guidance of senior account executives
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Support the coordination of projects and ensure timely delivery of services to clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to provide valuable insights to the team

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the MEP/ENGINNERING/CONTRACTING industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
