JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

italent is a young innovative business that offers cloud based HR products and digital recruitment solutions to an array of SME business in the region.
Based in JLT we are going through a growth phase and are looking to add an account manager to the team to look after our 200 fantastic clients!

The Role
- Maintain contact with all clients of the company
- Do an initial call with the clients and understand their requirement prior to starting their recruitment campaign.
- To be able to screen candidates CVs and ensure the filtered candidates match the clients requirements.
- To be able to create contingency resourcing plans for difficult roles
- To liaise with the outsourced team clarifying any queries they may have
- Prioritizing roles
- Up selling the clients
- Provide technical support if any issues were to arise
- Providing a raving fans policy towards customer service
- Attend a networking event once a week, BBG or BNI

REQUIREMENTS

- Will be westernized in their way of thinking
- Will be computer literate and have some understanding of LinkedIn
- Will be friendly and charismatic
- Eager to learn
- Will be comfortable meeting new people
