JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Read, assess, and amend all MEP drawings.
- Strong knowledge about the mechanicals system – HVAC/FCU/BMS
- Read, assess and amend all CAD drawings.
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects under the guidance of Project Manager
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations, drawings, and documentation for the Company.
- Participate in site visits all over the construction phase (check, assess, and report).
- Utilize softwares and tools for drafting CAD drawings, 3D modelling and rendering.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Relevant internship or work experience in an architectural firm or design studio or with a fit-out contractor.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of project report softwares (Monday.com, Microsoft Project, etc...)
- Strong visual and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Passion for innovative design solutions
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
