JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive Assistant to support our Legal Consultant on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the legal consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Legal Consultant, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Prepare, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence.
• Maintain and update client files and databases.
• Conduct research on legal issues as directed and summarize findings.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Handle incoming communications and respond or redirect as appropriate.
• Manage billing and invoicing processes in collaboration with the finance department.
• Assist in project management tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Support the Legal Consultant with any other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and practices is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
