JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Location: Dubai

Our client is a leading O&G Trading Company, seeking a diligent Junior Finance Officer - Russian speaking, to join their dynamic financial department. The Junior Finance Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate data entry, and contributing to the maintenance of financial records.

Description:

The Junior Finance Officer is responsible for handling various tasks within the financial department, including data entry, updating financial records, and assisting in invoice calculations.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily financial tasks, including data entry and updating financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of invoice calculations and verification.
- Support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (some experience is a plus).
- Russian speaking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
