Junior Finance Executive

Your new role:

We are looking for a Finance Executive to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to contracting payroll and budgets. Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping, credit controlling and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes. Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations. Working as a key member in a team of 4, you will be an integral contributor to the succession of the Finance support for the office.

In this role you will be required to:

- Creating and amending Contract Placement Return for new onboarding and extensions.
- Review of the draft Commercial annexure, Purchase Order & Work Order as may be applicable from client to client based on cost sheet prepared by the consultant.
- To obtain signatures from the Senior Leadership team and providing this information to onboarding and finance team.
- Uploading and cross checking the Terms of Business contracts to our internal data base system.
- Ad hoc administrative duties within the Finance Department
