JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Core Responsibilities
• Ensure the safety of employees, clients, equipment, and properties.
• Provide safety training and awareness programs.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Organize and manage mock safety drills.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards.
• Hold safety meetings to identify and solve safety issues.
• Participate in HSE meetings, audits, and provide closeout reports.
• Conduct safety inductions and review safety documentation.
• Strive for proficiency in HSE skills and competencies.
Requirements:
Background & Experience• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HSE
• NEBOSH IGC (Level 3) certification
• Strong knowledge of HSSE principles, regulations, and best practices
• Proficiency in HSE software and Microsoft Office
