Junior HSE Trainer

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Junior Safety Trainer who will be responsible in delivering comprehensive safety training programs.

Responsibilities

• Delivering training sessions to the company’s clients
• Conducting and assist in demonstrations and practical exercises that allow participants to apply safety.
• Adjust training content and delivery style based on the participants' background, experience, and learning pace.
• Tailor training materials and content to align with the client's specific requirements
• Stay updated on safety regulations, industry trends, and effective training methodologies
• Follow-up on training session’s dates and venue.
• Assisting the training coordinator to coordinate with the site and location.
• Pass if any sales enquiries quickly efficiently to the sales representative.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• NEBOSH Level 3 Certified
• Train the Trainer Certificate will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English

Salary:
AED 2,400 to 2,900 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
