JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with an International Hospitality Group. Our client is looking to hire a Junior Legal Counsel, to be based in Dubai. Preference will be given to candidates who are immediately available or on short notice.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Legal Counsel to join a dynamic and growing team in Dubai. This role will provide support to experienced Lawyers on matters related to Corporate and Commercial and will work closely to the CEO. This role will be working on multi jurisdictional Corporate matters and therefore someone with European or Russian experience would be preferred.

Additionally, the candidate will conduct research and oversee local changes in applicable laws and regulations, and communicate and implement relevant legal documents accordingly.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law and established knowledge of Corporate and Commercial processes. Fluency in English, both verbal and written is mandatory for this role. Arabic language skills are mandatory for this role and Russian is a must.and Russian is a must. Our client has a preference for candidates with a maximum of 3 years of experience.
