JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Hi, We are currently looking for NOC Professionals to be outsourced to our Customer in Dubai as per below. Should you meet the below requirements please apply online.
• Responsible for handling IT problems/issues physically or remotely.
• Installation, implementation and administration of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016.
• Applying Company Policies on all the workstations and installing, configuring and maintaining Windows through SCCM.
• Installation, configuration and administration of IT infrastructures – Cisco switches, routers, VOIP telephony, QoS, firewalls and network protocols.
• Engineering and Design of security applications and firmware maintenance/backup & restore/log monitoring/policy & rules implementation and maintenance.
• Installation/Configuration of NAS storage device, taking backups, restoring data.
REQUIREMENTS
• Junior NOC Analysts - CCNA and MCSE certified with 4-5 years of experience
