Job summary:
Our client is seeking a planning engineer with UAE experience in villa and building construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of planning procedures, document control, and project filing systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Develop and implement planning procedures and document control systems
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential delays and proposing solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and filing systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules
- Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide support to project managers and teams in planning and scheduling matters
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in villa and building construction projects in the UAE
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Solid understanding of planning procedures, document control, and project filing systems
- Proficient in project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) is an added advantage
