JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Functions:
• Project Planning & timelines
• Preparing Gantt charts and identifying critical milestones
• Working with multiple vendors to ensure timely deliverables
• Input in Concept & Menu Development
• Input in Space Planning and Kitchen Design
• Screening & Shortlisting all contractors for the project
• Review and analysis of BOQs and Quotations
• Negotiating with all Vendors to ensure best pricing
• Oversee Works by all contractors (fit out, mep, civil, joinery, firefighting, kitchen, etc)
• Procuring & coordinating supplies (F&B,
• Disposables, Uniforms, Packaging, Cleaning &
• Hygiene Supplies, Smallwares, etc)
• Regular and Periodic Client Servicing
• Daily & weekly reporting
• Development of Processes & Systems to ensure smoother execution for future projects
• Pre-Opening of Restaurant (Staff Training, OutletSet Up, Implementation and Documentation of SOPs)
Salary: AED 8,000 - 6 days a week, 10 hours per day, no overtime
REQUIREMENTS
Young, Driven, 1 year Local Experience, Driving License (plus), Pre-opening Restaurant Management Experience, Restaurant Management Experience, Immaculate English, Project Management Certification (plus), Good MS Office Skills, Team Player, Time-Management, Organized
