JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities:
• Build a close relationship with customers
• Provide the best customer service.
• Know the customer and their conditions and capacity in the market.
• Daily, weekly, and seasonal communication with clients.
• Search for new clients and Promote sales by introducing the products and services.
• Handling customer inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Follow-up on customer quotations to close deals.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Process sales orders and follow up on shipment.
• Sends order confirmation to Logistics team and follow up with them and the customers regarding the status of the shipment.
• Follow up customer aftersales feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills:
• Good computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• 3 years Experience in B2B sales
• Well organized and high level of dedication.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent team player.
Education:
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field.
Languages:
• Russian is mandatory and English
