An exciting new opportunity to join a leading luxury French brand who are opening a flagship store in the Dubai Mall extension. We are recruiting for both Junior and Senior Sales Associates.
Client Details
Our client is one of the world's leading luxury brands who are focused on delivering excellent customer service to their clients. They are opening a flagship boutique in the Dubai Mall extension.
The Sales Associates will be responsible for -
* Greeting clients, advising them on products available and delivering exceptional customer service
* Consistently enhancing their product knowledge
* Ensuring the visual merchandising of the boutique is in line with brand standards
* Assist the Boutique Manager with monthly stock takes
* Ensure that all sales invoices and documentation are handled in accordance with company policies
* Building the client database by acquiring new customers as well as enhancing relationships with current clients.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will:
* Have proven experience in Luxury Retail or Hospitality in the UAE with a prestigious brand
* Be customer focused and passionate about providing exceptional customer service
* Have an existing client database
* Have proven experience with VIP clients
* Additional languages are preferred especially Mandarin, French and Russian
