Position Title: Jr Site Engineer (F&B Projects)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 9.5K all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
Cloud Kitchen in Dubai
Job Description:
• Responsible for onsite day to day operations and organizing facilities for smooth execution of site work including supervising and monitoring the site labor workforce.
• Handle opening of cloud kitchen including fit out works, maintenance and repair of kitchen equipments etc.
• Responsible for communication between all parties involved including contractors, sub-contractors and internal team
• Ensuring that all materials and work performed are as per specifications and safety standards
• Technical advisor and coordination on site for subcontractors and operatives, providing technical advice and solving problems on site
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork and liaising with vendors about the materials and negotiating the price of materials
• Monitor daily site works from setting daily targets to verify the same at the end of day
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• With minimum 2 years UAE experience; AutoCAD experience is a must
