JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Core Proposition: A detail-oriented planner with 2-3 years of agency or events experience, focused on synchronizing digital strategy with real-world activations. Responsible for the strategic calendar, live content coordination, and post-event analysis that enables successful fan and partner engagement.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
• Background: 2-3 years in a social/digital agency, events agency, or with a sports/events property.
• Relevant Experience: Has worked on integrated campaigns involving live events. Experience in managing content calendars around event timelines, coordinating with on-site teams, and fulfilling digital deliverables for sponsors.
Core Skills:
• Integrated Planning: Develops master content and engagement plans that align digital narrative with event logistics (e.g., ticket sales pushes, event week schedules, partner shout-outs).
• Live Coordination: Experience as a "mission control" support during events, briefing creatives, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement in real-time.
• Analytics & Reporting: Tracks performance and produces reports that link social metrics to event outcomes and partnership value.
• Operational Support: Assists in managing content capture schedules, credentialing for creators, and asset distribution post-event.
Requirements:
Mandatory Requirements:• Prior experience in an environment requiring coordination between digital strategy and live events.
• Must provide samples of integrated calendars, event coverage plans, or post-campaign reports.
• A clear, knowledgeable interest in how motorsports events are structured and consumed.
• Professional fluency in English. Arabic is highly preferred for regional market coordination.
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
