JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Prepare and innovate International and Mediterranean dishes, ensuring top-notch taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Assist in menu planning, supervise kitchen operations, and maintain hygiene standards while fostering a positive work environment.
• Mentor and train kitchen staff in International and Mediterranean culinary techniques, supporting their growth.
• Monitor food quality, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to meet guest expectations and actively seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Position Title: Jr. Sous Chef

Salary: up to 9.5K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
