Position Title: Jr. Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A vibrant fusion dining concept inspired by Eastern European, Asian, and Middle Eastern flavors based in Dubai.
Job Description:
• Support the Sous Chef in supervising daily kitchen operations and ensuring consistent food quality.
• Lead a specific kitchen section, guiding cooks and ensuring timely preparation during service.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene standards, and adherence to established recipes.
• Assist in menu execution and development with proven experience in international cuisine.
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Open to Male CIS and Asian nationals, 40 years and below
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Solid hands-on experience in international cuisine and multi-cuisine kitchen environments.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and section-leadership abilities, with solid knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen procedures, and stock management.
Salary:
AED
8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
