JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Stakeholder Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and conflicts are resolved. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen understanding of stakeholder management principles.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, and ensure they are incorporated into project plans and deliverables
- Identify and address stakeholder concerns and conflicts in a timely and effective manner
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and potential risks to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder needs are met and projects are delivered successfully
- Assist in the development of stakeholder engagement strategies and plans
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations as needed
- Conduct stakeholder surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve stakeholder satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in stakeholder management or client-facing roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
- Certification in stakeholder management or project management is a plus
