JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Attend and respond to Phone Calls /Emails/Social Media messages from clients who need our services.
- Get all details from clients about their requirements and pass on to the manager in order to offer best quotation and customized Menu.
- Follow up with clients until order is confirmed or rejected and take their feedback.
- Keep in touch with existing clients to get repeat orders. Email / Phone Calls
- Connect with new clients from the data base. Email / Phone Calls / Messenger
- Visit events to interact with clients, take feedback maintain relationship for repeat orders.
- Research Inventory and décor options for events as per client’s requirements.
- Coordinate with Marketing Team to promote trending services and products.
- Assist Operations team occasionally to execute orders as per client’s requirements.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have 3 years of experience in the catering field in the UAE- Candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Candidate must be able to join within 1 month.
- Candidate must be well aware of the FMCG trends.
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
