JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is based in the IT industry and is looking for a Key Account Manager with extensive experience selling software and enterprise solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve the assigned sales targets;
• Enhance general sales capacity within the country;
• Collect information on market and industry trends, tenders and technologies;
• Assist customers whenever possible in issuing the RFP to ensure match between the technical specifications of the solutions to the tender technical requirements to maintain high degree of competitiveness;
• Maintain positive relationships with key clients and ensure satisfaction and continuous business;

REQUIREMENTS

• Over 7 years of proven experience selling software and enterprise solutions;
• Proven experience in Correspondence Management, Case Management, ECM, BPM, etc;
• Extensive System Integration experience;
• Be fluent in Arabic;
