JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our sales team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple key accounts across the UAE, building and maintaining long-term relationships with decision-makers and educators, and promoting our learning solutions (both digital and print) across the UAE market.
The responsibilities of the Key Account Manager include:
• Proactively contacting existing and potentially new clients by visiting, meeting, giving presentations, and providing information to decision-makers in the educational sector.
• Being the point of contact and relationship manager for our clients and fostering these relationships to establish long-term professional relationships.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conducting tailor-made product presentations to educators in conjunction with the Training Unit.
• Ensuring optimum promotion of our products and solutions at exhibitions, conferences, and seminars.
• Transferring K-12 and ELT knowledge to new team members.
• Ability to target growing markets, identify and follow-up opportunities in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and opportunities in the education industry.
REQUIREMENTS
Required skills and qualifications
• Five or more years of experience in B2B Sales, Lead generation, and Field Sales,
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant sales role.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
• Experience within a digital, software, or multimedia products would be desirable.
• An understanding of the Education sector would be desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-driven and Goal Oriented.
• Fluency in English.
