Overview of the role

Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and initiating business with potential or existing fleet customers by presenting tailored fleet mobility solutions to B2B (business to business) and B2G (business to government) customers. You will be responsible for promoting the Trading Enterprises brands to achieve your sales objectives while ensuring optimum customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

What you will do

  • Achieve quarterly and annual corporate sales targets set by the department lead.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Proactively consider and plan new go-to-market strategies in different sectors and emirates.
  • Deliver detailed pitching of the TE Brands proposition and display a confident consultative sales approach with all customers and prospects.
  • Develop strong relationships with potential key accounts to lock annual purchase plans. Maintain and cultivate relationships with B2B accounts within the assigned territory, along with providing ongoing support.
  • Identify business opportunities by establishing contacts with fleet customer prospects and analyzing sales options.
  • Be the single point of contact for all key account-related inquiries or concerns for Al-Futtaim.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation of charging infrastructure to ensure successful implementation and integration of partnerships.
  • Identify product and service improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market, and competitors' activities.
  • Ensure business process standards are maintained, including monitoring customer data capture and accuracy at all points of sale.
  • Prepare fleet reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and maintaining accounts receivable within company guidelines.

  • Proficient in English and Arabic.
  • Good understanding of the fleet and/or vehicle leasing business in the UAE.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting.
  • Customer and relationship management.

    Reporting to the B2B Relationship Manager and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

    What equips you for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Two years in a commercial, business-to-business sales, or major account sales role dealing with government and corporate organizations from a variety of industries and emirates.
  • Strong fleet customer network and developed relationships across the UAE.
  • Proven experience and understanding of new energy vehicles and technical understanding of charging solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience using a consultative sales approach; experience and understanding of SaaS sales is advantageous.
  • Business development experience in entering new sectors and industries with a product or service.
  • Good level of understanding and experience with aftersales service and maintenance for B2B customers.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
