Key Account Manager - E-Commerce and Retail

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Analyze customer’s market, business targets and strategy, issues, needs, processes, value chain and key business drivers.
- Activate market intelligence and professional network to develop new opportunities.
- Benchmark, gap analysis and custom elaborated approach of major retailer’s prospects.
- Contract, offer and tender handling on a regional basis.
- Involve with monthly reporting on the customer in a total overall view (Hi-Low; Figures like turnover, profit, MK spending, activities; etc.).
- Monitor the products listed in multiple e-commerce platforms (inventory, pricing, descriptions, etc.).
- Establish work relationships with key e-commerce partners.
- Build and manage marketing activities and plans to increase digital presence of the brand and product performance.
- Ensure full-fledged listing and presence of the products - comprehensive toolkit comprising all product-related information, images, artworks, claims, marketing content, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of 6 - 7 years' experience and have worked as Key Account Manager (KAM) or similar.
- Background in Electronics, Automotive Care and Equipment, or Retail will be preferred.
- Good knowledge and partnerships with e-commerce platforms in the region, such as Amazon, Noon, etc.
- Knowledge about the digital tools to monitor and analyze e-commerce performance of the products.
- Proven experience in e-commerce platforms or channels of at least 2 years.
- Proficient in Key Account Management with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
