JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with parents on student progress.
- Maintain an organized and positive classroom, effectively managing student behavior.
- Communicate with parents, organize meetings, and discuss students' academic and behavioral development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administrators, participate in professional development, and contribute to the school's community.
REQUIREMENTS
Position Title: KG Teacher
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 10K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation allowance

Qualifications:
- 40 y/o and below
- Bachelor’s degree in education (Foundation / Intermediate / Primary / Early Years) or Bachelor of Arts (Primary or Early Years Education) or Bachelor’s degree with a PGCE in Primary Education
- Minimum 2 years full time teaching experience
- Experience working in American or British curriculum
- Preferably Native English speakers or non-native speakers with an IELTS of 6.0
- UAE experience is an advantage
