Kitchen Hygiene Officer Up To 8.2k Aed for an International Hospitality Group in Dubai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Identify key areas of risk in various food operations
• Ensure compliance with the regulations, licensing conditions and codes of practice
• Provide in-house training for the food handlers
• Handle complaints or enquiries from customers on food hygiene matters
• Act as a focal point of contact with the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: Kitchen Hygiene Officer
• SALARY: 8,250 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: International Hospitality Group
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately can join will be prioritized (1-month max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE (Temporary/Permanent): Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/any certification/qualification in Kitchen Production, Butchery and Management
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the food and beverage/hospitality industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards certifications
• Familiar with current culinary trends and methods
• With experience in the delivery of skills training
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Good communication and guest relation's skills, a proactive problem solver
• Proficient in using MS Office application and other computer software
