L1 Support Desk Engineer - Junior Level

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Temporary

Helpdesk:

• Desktop support (printer, scanner configuration, troubleshooting desktop/laptop users)
• Day to day issues
• Desktop/Laptop windows upgrade, hardware upgrade
• Basic network troubleshooting
• User file backup & restore.
• Windows installation on desktop & laptop
• Branch visit required if remote support not working.
• Coordinating with vendors
• Outlook/onedrive related issues
• AD management
• Remote users support
• Biometric devices & door access support
• AVAYA IPtelephone basic support
• ISP coordination if branch internet & telephone issues occurred.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

With below Applications Knowledge:

• CASMEX/Ishield/WPS user management (user creation/activation/deactivation/user inter branch transfer)
• Money products (WU, RIA, TRANSFAST) user management (user creation/password reset/user transfer
• Remote connection with Application vendor
