Land Surveyor

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, collecting data, and providing accurate information for various construction and development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys to collect topographical, boundary, and other relevant data.
- Using advanced surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and GIS technology to accurately measure and map the land.
- Analyzing survey data, preparing reports, and creating detailed drawings and maps for use in construction and development projects.
- Interpreting and verifying the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and boundary lines.
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure that survey data is used effectively in project planning and execution.
- Adhering to local regulations and standards while conducting surveys and maintaining accurate records of survey data.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor, with a strong understanding of surveying techniques and equipment.
- Proficiency in using surveying software and tools, including total stations, GPS, and GIS technology.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze survey data accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in both field and office environments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local land surveying regulations and standards in the UAE is preferred.
- A degree in surveying, geomatics, or a related field is required, along with any relevant certifications or licenses.
