Our newest opportunity is for a talented Landscape Architect (Site) to join our award-winning team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates . This critical role will be responsible for assisting in administering the operational functions of the day-to-day activities on the project with respect to landscaping and associated activities.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Reporting to the Resident Engineer and assisting in supervising the construction of landscaping.
- Coordinating direct activities with other engineers and members of the construction supervision team
- Assisting the senior management in reviewing of shop drawings, materials submittals, pre-qualifications, RFI, method statements and other activities.
- Coordinating with design Engineers for resolution of related issues.
- Maintaining daily diary and the daily inspection reports.
- Working expertise in Landscape works (Hard & Soft Landscape)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records
- Ensure safety goals are achieved on the project and oversee implementation of safety procedures on the project
- Act positively and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as requested by senior management
- Checking and measuring the performed works, record and assist senior management to display progress vs. programmed work.
- Ensure correctness and completeness of 'as-built' drawings.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 12 years relevant work experience partnered with a with a Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture .
