On behalf of our client, a well known international group of companies incorporating Landscaping Contracting and Manufacturing, we are recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor with Landscape Contracting experience.
You must hold a degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years experience in the field of Landscape contracting. You should be fully proficient in estimation of various landscape elements like, road/footpath paving, soft landscape / irrigation / underground utilities and handling of Post contract Invoicing, variations/new rates, Claims and Cost Control and also be able to handle all commercial and contractual issues of project independently.
