What will need to be done:
• To carry out legal activities in the UAE jurisdictions in a consulting company in the following specializations: tax, digital, intellectual, corporate, commercial, labor law;
• Monitor the Junior Lawyer.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for an experienced lawyer who is ready to take on a high degree of responsibility for conducting business and maintaining contacts with clients.

From you:
• Excellent academic education;
• Work experience from 4-6 years;
• Work experience in a large law firm;
• Experience working in a leading position with responsibility for more junior team members
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
• Have an interest and ability to develop the company's business, as well as a willingness to help develop customer relationships through meetings, presentations, dissemination of know-how and other business development initiatives;
• Willingness to deal with complex and confusing transactions spanning multiple jurisdictions and requiring a more creative approach;
• Flexible approach to work and openness to work in a multidisciplinary team;
• Initiative and independence.

It will be a plus:
• Customer experience;
• Knowledge of the Arabic language.
