JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our legal team in Abu Dhabi to work for a Construction Business. The successful candidate will have a strong background in law and will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the legal system in Abu Dhabi and have a proven track record of success in handling a variety of legal matters.

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in Abu Dhabi
- Handle a variety of legal matters including contracts, negotiations, and litigation
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure the accuracy of advice and representation
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence
- Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings as required
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the legal system and regulations in Abu Dhabi
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team and provide support and guidance as needed

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable institution
- Proven experience as a Lawyer in Abu Dhabi with a successful track record
- Excellent knowledge of the legal system and regulations in Abu Dhabi
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of professionalism and ethical conduct
