JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The position includes the following tasks & responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of a comprehensive global learning strategy that drives business.
• Responsible for the research, recommendations and implementation of Learning strategies.
• Define and conduct needs analysis, shape the learning agenda and drive performance culture.
• Evaluate and utilise company leaders as coaches and develop coaching skills transfer methods.
• Conduct training, develop metrics for evaluation and review success.
• Create and maintain the training budget, manage vendor relationships and evaluate online training opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

The qualifications and skills that we are looking for:

• Professional spoken and written business English communication with clear presentation skills and the ability to influence.
• Technical skills in talent assessment using psychometric tests, 360 feedback and assessment centres.
• Proven record of program planning and implementation.
• Experience in the full training cycle analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.
• Degree qualified in a HR related field with CIPD or similar membership.
