JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse are working exclusively with a leading aviation organisation that are currently looking to hire a Learning and Development Specialist to expand their existing diverse HR team. The role will report to the Learning and Development Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

This role requires someone that is able to participate in learning needs assessments and creating learning plans, both behavioural and functional. You should be able to develop content for mobile learning and e-learning, in partnership with stakeholders. In addition, you should be able to serve as a learning and development resource to provide development plans, as required.

The successful candidate should be Degree educated with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role. You should ideally have further education within HR and be able to design and lead training programs as well as facilitate presentations. To be successful in this role you should have experience in delivering and developing e-learning courses. Our client has stated a preference for UAE nationals.
