Leasing and Site Acquisition Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing and Site Acquisition Executive to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring prime locations for a rapidly expanding coffee brand. Your expertise in negotiating lease terms, conducting market research, and building relationships with property owners will be crucial to the brand's success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate potential leasing opportunities for new coffee shop locations.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify high-potential areas for expansion.
- Negotiate lease terms and agreements with property owners and landlords.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, property developers, and landlords.

REQUIREMENTS

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless site acquisition and setup.
- Analyze and assess the feasibility of potential sites based on demographics, foot traffic, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and zoning requirements for new locations.
- Assist in the development of site acquisition strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
