JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a motivated Leasing Executive with prior experience as a Facility Coordinator. The ideal candidate will manage leasing activities while also coordinating day-to-day facility operations to ensure smooth functioning of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle leasing inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and closures
• Prepare and manage lease agreements and related documentation
• Coordinate with tenants regarding maintenance, utilities, and services
• Oversee facility operations, including vendors, housekeeping, and security
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with standards
• Coordinate with management for occupancy planning
• Address tenant concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Leasing Executive• Experience in facility coordination or property management
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of lease documentation and compliance
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in commercial or residential property leasing
• Familiarity with facility management processes
• Proficiency in MS Office or property management software
