JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Leasing Manager up to 10k Aed for an Fnb Retail Group in the UAE
• Develop and follow-up with potential accounts
• Manage daily and weekly marketing and leasing reports
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of assigned properties on vacancies, major tenants, small tenancy and lease expirations.
• Draft proposals, lease offers and documents on incoming and current tenancies
• Present marketing letters and documents to potential tenants
• Meet tenants to encourage leasing relations
• Document to effectuate execution of leasing contract
• Drafting and signing legally sound and detailed lease agreements
• Scheduling property-related maintenance, as needed
• Addressing and recording all rule violations
• Negotiating the updated features of applicable lease agreements
• Performing relevant inspections prior to returning lessees' deposits
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: Leasing Manager
• SALARY: 10,000 AED full package depending on qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: F&B Retail
• LOCATION: Abu Dhabi/Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Indian nationals
• Male or Female, 45 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Diploma/Bachelor or any related field
• At least 4 years of experience in the F&B or retail industry in the UAE
• Demonstrable experience as a Leasing Manager
• Well-honed marketing abilities
• Capacity to write, interpret, and assess lease agreements
• Excellent verbal communication skills
