Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our legal team in UAE. The Legal Assistant will provide support to our legal staff and clients and ensure smooth functioning of the legal department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal procedures and some PRO duties such as setting up company and excellent organizational skills.

- Assist in preparing legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, contracts, and real estate closing statements.
- Manage and organize legal documents and maintain filing systems.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases and projects.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates for attorneys.
- Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties.
- Prepare and maintain case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with external parties, such as court personnel, vendors, and other law firms.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of trials, depositions, and hearings.
- Provide administrative support to legal staff, including managing calendars, answering phones, and handling correspondence.


- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field.
- Proven experience working as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of legal PRO duties and knowledge, procedures, and documentation.
- Proficient in conducting legal research using online databases and resources.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
