Job description

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and agreements. Provide accurate and timely legal advice to internal teams and external stakeholders. Support the legal team in structuring, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of cross-border investment and M&A transactions across multiple jurisdictions. Conduct legal research and risk analysis on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters relevant to target markets and deal structures. Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of transactions and alignment with legal and business objectives. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Assist in managing legal disputes and liaise with external counsel when necessary. Monitor regulatory developments and advise the organisation on potential impacts. Support the legal department in maintaining organised records and documentation. Work collaboratively with other departments to facilitate smooth business operations.

The successful applicant

A successful legal associate should have:

• A degree in law or equivalent professional legal qualification.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
