Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage legal and compliance matters for the EMEA region
• Drive corporate governance and risk mitigation strategies
• Oversee compliance programs
• Review and draft contracts and agreements
• Liaise with local counsel on strategic analysis

Requirements:

• Licensed lawyer recognised in UAE
• 8-10 years' experience as a practicing lawyer
• Fluency in English & Arabic
• Strong knowledge of UAE and EMEA compliance laws
