JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Legal Counsel for their Dubai office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide accurate and timely counsel to executives on various legal topics and enforce due diligence.
- Draft, solidify, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Participate in evaluating risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
- Manage and oversee litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
- Translation of legal documents as may be required.
- Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders.
- Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.
- Salary: AED 25K
Requirements:
To be successful you will need to meet the following:- Only Candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in law. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Legal Counsel within the Medical Devices industry.
- Litigation experience is a must.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing a variety of contracts.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
