We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support across a leading real estate investment group, including its subsidiaries and family office. The role involves advising on corporate, commercial, real estate, and regulatory matters, with a focus on contract negotiation, compliance, and risk management.

Description
* Offer legal advisory services to various departments and subsidiaries
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements
* Advise on corporate governance, structuring, and compliance with UAE regulations
* Support real estate and development projects, ensuring adherence to relevant laws
* Monitor and ensure compliance with local, regional, and international regulations
* Collaborate cross-functionally to address legal concerns and facilitate business operations

Requirements:
* A qualified legal professional with 4-10 years of experience in corporate, commercial, and real estate law* Extensive experience in real estate investment, development, and management within the UAE
* In-depth knowledge of UAE legal frameworks, including mainland, DIFC, and ADGM regulations
* Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
* Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and legal advisory skills
* Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage complex legal matters effectively
