JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Counsel to work in-house for a leading Retail/ FMCG Brand in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiating and drafting of any commercial agreement with suppliers
* Validating all projects, communications and contracts
* Providing legal advice to the business
* Identifying legal and commercial risks to the business
* Managing the corporate secretaries of the companies in the Middle East region
* Advising on regulatory and corporate governance matters
* Legal reporting
REQUIREMENTS
Key requirements:
* Must be 4+ PQE
* Must have experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
* Must have corporate governance experience
* Must have trained and qualified in a recognisable law firm
* Must have worked in-house for a multi/international organisation
