JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
As a Legal Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing legal affairs for the company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background as a legal consultant in reputable law firms, with specific experience in supporting legal matters for real estate developers, property management, and/or investment companies in the UAE.

Description
* Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the organization on various legal matters related to real estate development, property management, and investment activities.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
* Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and government authorities to resolve legal issues and disputes effectively.
* Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and precedents.
* Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company's interests.
* Provide legal support in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions or partnerships.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.* 5 to 8 years of proven legal experience, with a focus on real estate, property management and investment.
* Prior experience working as a legal consultant in prestigious law firms.
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
* Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Knowledge of UAE legal framework and regulations pertaining to real estate and investments
