Job Description:
• Brief team of staff members on legal issues, potential liabilities, and possible courses of actions.
• Write and review settlement documents, contracts, agreements, SPA, Reservation Agreements and more.
• Help customer service team answer questions raised by various customers on SPA and other agreement points/queries and help Purchase department manage vendor contracts, purchase orders, and help resolve vendor queries as required.
• Research legal resources such as articles, codes, statutes, judicial decisions to stay up to date on all current laws and make well-educated legal recommendations.
• Analyze the actions and decisions of their companies to identify problem areas, suggest alternative courses of action and mitigate risk.
• Direct all claim adjusters, liability attorneys and other members of the legal staff.
